Joseph T. DiGiacomo

PRESIDENT

Joseph T. DiGiacomo is Founder and President of D5 Capital Advisors LLC. During his 35+ year career as an investment banker, certified public accountant and corporate executive, Joe has worked on an extensive list of merger & acquisition transactions. Joe has advised clients on matters relating to sales and acquisitions of businesses, private equity recapitalization transactions, management buy-outs, ownership transition planning, business valuations and other management consulting services. 

Joe previously served as President and CFO of a $135 million multimodal transportation and logistics business. He also provided merger & acquisition services as a Corporate Development Director for Penske Truck Leasing and Penske Logistics. In addition, Joe was previously a Partner with a regional CPA firm.

Jeffrey L. Papach

Managing DIRECTOR

Jeffrey L. Papach directs the Corporate Advisory Services practice of D5 Capital Advisors. Jeff also focuses on originating, managing and executing investment banking transactions in manufacturing and other industry sectors. As a corporate executive, Jeff understands the structure and dynamics necessary for large organizations to succeed in a global arena.  As an entrepreneurial business owner, he knows firsthand the speed, flexibility, and versatility required to convert opportunities into results.

Early in his career, Jeff was employed by LTV Steel Corporation, a Fortune 100 fully integrated steel producer. Later, Jeff was a Divisional President for Hille & Mueller Group, a manufacturing company based in Dusseldorf; President/COO of the TBS Division of InterWire Group/New York; and Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Lynn Hudd Steel/New Jersey. In 2010, Jeff formed JP Venture Group to acquire a regional powder coating business which Jeff returned to profitability and later sold.
